Welcome to LAUNCH TOOLS, a bespoke set of apps designed to help you launch and grow your online brand and build a digital commerce strategy, your way, without wasting time and money on time-consuming research and endless software subscriptions.
These tools we use ourselves in our projects and for all of our agency clients. If you're here, you've worked with us already as a client and you're looking to continue making use of the apps we offer to launch, grow and amplify your brand.

How Does it Work?
In all of our plans you can select one website tool and then add on other compatible tools of your choosing.
You are welcome to choose all your tools at once, or request accounts as you go, it's up to you! If you hit your plan limits you can swap and change tools as you go, or upgrade to the next plan to get access to more.
Step #1 → Choose a plan that gives you access to the tools that are suited to you and subscribe. Please note all pricing is in USD.
Step #2 → Fill out the "Tool Request" form in your member's area and we'll begin setting up your tool, typically on the next business day.
Step #3 → You'll be sent an email invitation to gain access to your tool. You can start setting it up and using it immediately!
For dedicated support you can book once-off consultations without joining the CONCIERGE plan. Just ask us to set this up for you. (Standard consultations are 50-Minutes long and are billed at A$175 + GST for our Aussie clients or USD $125 for our international clients.

Concierge
- We'll work with you personally to set up, build, manage and improve any of your chosen tools (or other tools you use). We'll coach you, we'll support you, we'll even do the work for you. All you need to do is choose one new thing each month for us to collaborate on!

Why is pricing in USD?
All our software tools charge in USD and so does Gumroad, our payment provider. As we have clients all over the world we have opted to keep our pricing uniform for all.
What are the limits to the CONCIERGE plan?
Each month you can submit a request to get 'one' thing worked on. We will aim to deliver based on your needs but may adjust the size and scope of the work to fit within the scope of the plan. While we don't bill on an hourly rate, we would expect to spend roughly an hour on the setup, development or consultation time.
Can I switch plans as I go?
Yes! These plans are designed to grow alongside your brand; you can upgrade/downgrade anytime.
Is there a refund/cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership anytime, and your plan will end at the end of your current billing period. No refunds can be given for change of mind or for unused potions of your membership. If something isn't working we'll work with you to get it working within the scope of the plan you've chosen.
What are the "Future Tools"?
We're always on the lookout to find new tools to add value to our agency clients. We will only add tools that are so good we will use ourselves and we're keen to look out for tools that you might want. If there's a type of tool not listed, get in touch and we'll do our best to find an option to add in!
What about my privacy?
We take privacy very seriously. As a client/customer, we only collect the data we need to deliver your services. We collect some personally identifiable information, Gumroad (our payment processer) securely collects your payment information. You will be setting up accounts through the platforms themselves, and these accountsa re governed by their terms and privacy policies.
How do I get set up with a new tool?
Once you're a member you will have access to a "setup request" form where you can submit a job request to get a new tool setup for you. We will do this through our own agency accounts and add your chosen email in as a user (you must use an email that has not been a customer with that tool before). You will receive an email once your tool is ready for setup. If you've chosen the "Concierge" plan, we will work with you to get the tool setup fully (with your help). That's the fastest path!
Do you guarantee every tool is available to me?
In most cases you can assume the tool you want will be available, and once you're setup with a tool, it's yours! We do have a limited amount of licenses for each tool, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee every tool's availability. Should a tool become unavailable we will update this page as soon as possible and setup a waitlist for that tool, which will put members on a first-come-first-serve basis to access that tool should a cancellation occur. We will also work to find a compareable tool to replace it in that instance.
What happens to the tools if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel, your membership and access to all tools will stay current until the end of your billing period. After this time you will lose access to the tools and your tools may become 'unpublished'. Anything you want to keep should be exported from your tools prior to the conclusion of your membership. We will keep all data for 30 days and hold onto your accounts for you until 60 days. After this time we will delete the accounts and release them to available to other users. You can always reactivate your membership to hold onto your tools.
Are there any limitations to these tools?
Each tool has its own set of limitations which may alter from time-to-time but typically they will be more generous than their comparably priced plans. Upon request we can indicate the most relevant plan that you have access to alongside any limitations or usage limits.
What's the difference between signing up directly with these tools myself vs signing up for Launch Tools?
The most obvious difference is the cost. Every one of our plans and software combinations will save you money. The higher the plan, the more money you can potentially save. You will be given an account through our agency accounts, as these are big accounts we are able to offer more inclusions to more people at a discounted rate. As such, you won't have your own direct account with these platforms, they are a sub-account within our larger agency account. We will have access to your tools, which we will only make use of on your request, to assist you with setup, management or support. Aside from this the tools function just the same as if you signed up directly with these software providers.
Who's responsible for uptime/downtime, backups, security or anything else that could go wrong?
We are a lightweight digital agency and the core service we are providing is to assist you in building, launching and growing your digital commerce strategy. We are not affiliated with the listed tools nor a reseller, we are simply providing access to these tools in the same way we do for any of our agency clients. The tools themselves have their own terms, privacy and other policies that determine their uptime, backups and security. We won't be held liable for any loss relating to the use of these tools.
How do I get assistance with using the tools?
For the START, GROW & AMPLIFY plans we will provide basic email support to help you get setup with the tools and will proactively assist you with finding relevent tutorials and helpsite articles. Our CONCIERGE members get priority assistance, coaching and hands-on management included. We do encourage all members to reach out to us for assistance rather than seeking support from the software toosl themselves. For all members, we are here to help you make the best use of these tools.
